Healing House is grateful to again be a recipient of funds through the Jackson County Community Backed Anti-Drug Tax (COMBAT). This funding is vital to the operation of our Imani program, which provides recovery supportive housing to men and women receiving outpatient treatment.
This year, Healing House was granted $135,000. This is an increase of $50,000 from 2016. These funds will support the recovery of approximately 150 men engaged in the Imani program throughout the year. In addition, approximately 20 “indigent” women will qualify for recovery assistance thanks to COMBAT.
